Requirements:

• Experience in a management consulting role, ideally moving into product management with B2B enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of setting long-term product strategy & roadmaps and delivering products that delight customers within EMEA markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven conclusions and set quantifiable KPIs.
• Bias-to-action and a track record of delivering outstanding results on tight timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to various audiences.
• 6-8+ years overall experience in a relatable field.
• Experience in product marketing is ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy & long-term roadmap for Samsara’s portfolio of products across EMEA.
• Define the most important problems to solve for customers and work backwards from winning.
• Drive the execution of that strategy, prioritizing and communicating across the broader product team.
• Champion customer needs and understand their pain points across the value chain.
• Be an expert in macroeconomic and industry trends across EMEA.
• Partner with go-to-market sales teams to convert customer pain points into product concepts.
• Contribute to improving product management practices at Samsara.
• Enable sales teams with training programs and marketing messaging.
