Responsibilities:
  • In partnership with Corporate Development, assist in the evaluation and execution of potential M&A opportunities, including due diligence and developing the business case, financial model, and valuation analyses.
  • Partner with the VP of Corporate Strategy & Development on post-M&A integration activities.
  • Work closely with the executive leaders to develop the go-forward metrics to track the success & progress of acquired companies.
  • Partner with the FP&A team and private equity sponsors to finance acquisitions through a combination of cash, debt, and equity.
  • Support the assessment of potential partnerships and other corporate development opportunities.
  • Deliver strategic projects end-to-end, including the definition of the problem, structure of analysis, and data collection.
  • Craft storyline and prepare presentations for executive leadership and board of directors.
