Requirements:

• 7+ years experience as a product designer on a product team.
• Demonstrated execution of the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery.
• Experience with developer facing products or enterprise platforms/applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with engineering teams using Scrum or Agile framework.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Degree in related fields like Human Computer Interaction or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers and engineers to identify product direction, feature sets and behaviors.
• Understand merchant interaction with product data management and the challenges of selling across different geographies.
• Incorporate user-based research to ensure product quality and usability.
• Create design flows, sketches, prototypes, and mockups to communicate concepts.
• Advocate for usability issues and guide intuitive design solutions.
• Work with design leadership to enhance processes and culture.
• Mentor and provide guidance to fellow designers.
