Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a product development environment
  • Solid understanding and historical use of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle
  • A history of driving projects to a timely and successful completion with limited direction
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills, oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels
  • In depth knowledge and experience with various tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • A passion for process measurements and improvements
  • Knowledge and experience in data driven project management including key metrics implementation, monitoring, trend analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement
Responsibilities:
  • Managing broad IT technical projects
  • Conducting sprint ceremonies including stand-ups, reviews, planning and retrospectives for multiple product lines and multiple Scrum teams
  • Defining and implementing key metrics to monitor project execution and assess risk
  • Developing project plans and timelines for new product releases and other projects
  • Conducting ISO 27001 internal audits
