Requirements:
  • 5-15 years software engineering experience
  • Refined ability to present and demo your work so others can understand it

  • Enthusiasm for writing efficient tests that produce tight feedback loops
  • Passion to take ownership, collaborate, and solve problems for real, everyday people
  • Technical and cultural leader who encourages these traits in the people around them
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a backend-heavy team, where your special sauce is to bring the totality of the team’s efforts to the screen
  • Be part of a capable, nimble, high-performing engineering staff; your team creates the technology to promote a best-in-class end-user experience through mobile, web, phone, and customer care tooling
  • Participate in efficient weekly ceremonies that respect engineering time-to-build
  • Learn from and mentor those around you, and take opportunities to build expertise and ownership in the systems you work on
  • Participate in a healthy production culture (including sane, balanced on-call)
  • Deliver features safely to production via continuous delivery during working hours
