Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (advanced written, intermediate verbal).
  • Experience handling attendance, leave tracking, and HR reporting.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and liaise with clients professionally.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update timekeeping records, including attendance and leave tracking.
  • Communicate with clients regarding staff attendance, ensuring timely updates.
  • Assist with offboarding processes and staff support functions.
  • Manage and update Time Dr records, adjusting hours as required.
  • Handle general administrative and data processing tasks related to HR operations.
  • Coordinate gifts, vouchers, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Assist in disaster management and office closure communications.
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
  • Provide professional client liaison and ensure prompt issue resolution.
