• Ability to communicate effectively with local authorities and resolve issues.
• Exposure to local authority investigations and audits.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and the local language.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a true local employment legislation and tax expert for the Nordics region.
• Conduct comprehensive risk reviews of payroll files to verify compliance with governmental wage tax laws and social security requirements.
• Prepare audit findings reports and maintain strong records of audits performed.
• Ensure payroll processes are accurate and compliant.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide support and training on compliance matters to payroll staff.
