Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B/SaaS.

  • Enable customers to effectively use Vercel solutions.
  • Prioritize account portfolio to ensure retention and growth.
  • Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate Executive Business Reviews.
  • Build and maintain account plans.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer.
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.
