Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of project management experience with security related projects.
  • 2+ years' experience as a Customer Success Manager or related role.
  • Strong understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of customer security business goals and pain points.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Expert negotiation skills for difficult client situations.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge is desired, preferably with penetration testing projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customers realize value from Bishop Fox services.
  • Oversee delivery of products and services to ensure compliance with contract deliverables and Service Level Objectives.
  • Deliver medium to large projects on time and within budget.
  • Execute project plans while managing risks and resolving issues.
  • Build client relationships as measured by Net Promoter Score.
  • Provide customer insights for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Create and manage status reports on engagements.
  • Participate in service and account reviews.
  • Drive customer satisfaction.
  • Identify client concerns and conduct root cause analysis.
