Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Salesforce reporting and data analysis, preferably within a sales or business intelligence role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting functionalities, including report creation and data manipulation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in creating visually appealing presentations using tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Salesforce Admins and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented focus on data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data findings.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and B2B sales is a plus.
  • Administrative experience with Sales and Marketing tools such as Outreach and Hubspot is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the resolution of inbound requests from the Sales organization, including Salesforce reporting and questions about sales processes and technologies.
  • Develop and generate Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Prepare presentations for sales leaders highlighting key findings and data trends.
  • Assist sales leaders in interpreting data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of systems and data projects to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Manage the operational onboarding process for new sales hires.
  • Provide training and guidance on Sales Technologies and processes.
