Requirements:

• Five plus years in software implementation project management. Professional Services/consulting experience required. Experience in the Retail industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required. Business or Computer Science preferred.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Prince2 certification, or equivalent professional training required.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management processes and tools. Microsoft Project or comparable project schedule management tool experience required.
• Facilitation skills and experience required. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills as well as written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are also required.
• Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with customers that exemplify trust, collaboration, and partnership.
• Facilitate the project planning process and capture the output in a Microsoft Project-based project schedule.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address deviations from plan working in close collaboration with your project teammates.
• Ensure project delivery and work package outputs meet established quality standards.
• Communicate to the stakeholder community on the overall status of the project and the state of critical issues and risks. Surface and manage to resolve project escalations as they occur.
• Exercise and facilitate tight project scope discipline and change control.
• Maintain ownership and management of the fiscal health of the project. Perform budget tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
• Drive achievement of customer’s project objectives. Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Manage medium to large-scale projects independently.
