  • Manage end-to-end localisation requests, from planning to testing and release.
  • Review source content and advise on internationalisation best practices.
  • Engage in vendor management for timely and quality localisation delivery.
  • Collaborate with Language Leads to improve language quality.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, project progress, and risks.
  • Drive localisation process improvements and document operational procedures.
