Requirements:

• BA in Translation, Localization, or a similar language qualification.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• 6+ years of experience in transcreation project or account management.
• Experience with Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) tools and project management tools.
• Expertise in language automation workflows, including traditional Machine Translation, and post-AI editing and validation.
• Ability to identify details specific to campaign briefs.
• Strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work on localisation or copy validation projects as the primary contact between suppliers, teams, and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with transcreation tasks while contributing language expertise.
• Analyze client information, briefs, and schedules to define localization approaches.
• Accountable for project status, quality assurance of transcreation, and service delivery.
• Identify strategies for improving workflows and report findings.
• Attend client and internal meetings to discuss project requirements.
• Maintain Language Services standards and manage multilingual operations.
