Requirements:
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a consulting role within a SaaS environment.
  • Working knowledge of at least one of the Bloomreach Engagement platform features.
  • Experience in online analytics, performance marketing, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, personalization, and e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce business and trends, understanding clients’ models to adapt consulting approach.
  • Excellent consulting skills: clear communication, presentation skills, confidence with stakeholders, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional way.
  • Proactively maintain expertise in the Bloomreach Engagement platform through learning opportunities.
  • Native or professional fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for delivering value to Bloomreach’s clients through the deployment and use of the Engagement Platform.
  • Support clients in the implementation phase with business requirements gathering, data structure preparation, data migration process, and automated programs deployment.
  • Act as a key advisor regarding e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, and mobile technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to maximize platform utilization and improve KPIs/ROI.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager to develop business strategy and roadmap with clients.
  • Become an expert in a chosen part of the platform to lead and advise clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Play a pivotal role in client onboarding, platform adoption, and product features utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and internal processes.
