Requirements:
  • Clearance Required: None. US citizenship required for work on DoD contracts.
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint's accounts payable/expense modules.
  • Strong intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capability to be a team player.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform accounts payable focused activities including 3-way matching, coding, invoice review, routing, and data entry into Deltek Costpoint, primarily for subcontractor invoices across multiple business units.
  • Ensure compliance of invoice transactions with governmental, regulatory, legislative requirements, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts and contract personnel to ensure proper accounts and project designation.
  • Research and resolve vendor inquiries regarding discrepancies, payment terms, and invoice status.
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital AP files and emails.
  • Provide management with ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Support year-end internal and external audits.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned by AP management.
