Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in system/network administration.
• Knowledge of computer networks and protocols: network topology basics, OSI model, principles of network protocols.
• Experience with Linux (Iptables, firewalld, init.d, systemd, memory/storage, file systems, virtualization).
• Proficiency in system utilities (grep, awk, htop, atop, iotop, etc.).
• Experience with Windows Server.
• Experience with networking equipment (Mikrotik, D-Link, Tp-Link, Ubiquiti).
• Knowledge of hardware (servers and computers) and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to automate tasks (Bash scripting).
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, IdM, MDM/UEM.
• Knowledge of surveillance and access control systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
• English language proficiency (B1-B2).

Responsibilities:

• Manage the work of the system administrators and DevOps team.
• Ensure stable operation of server infrastructure based on Linux and Windows Server.
• Monitor infrastructure for high availability and system performance.
• Manage and support mobile and desktop devices using MDM/UEM solutions.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and collaborate with the cybersecurity department.
• Enforce security policies, manage access controls with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Manage services based on AWS and Azure.
• Make decisions regarding IT infrastructure development and scaling.
• Manage technical documentation.
