Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or related discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Salesforce administration certification a plus but not required; must obtain it within the first 6 months of employment if not currently possessed.
• 1-2 years of Salesforce technical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to properly handle data (1-2 years).
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; pays attention to details.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Salesforce administration; perform daily configuration, training, support, maintenance, and improvement for PerfectServe’s Salesforce instance.
• Maintain data integrity by coaching users on proper data handling and supporting data governance.
• Support implementation of new enhancements including custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, data validation, and triggers.
• Participate in cross-functional teams addressing strategic business issues involving Salesforce.
• Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, training, configuration, and related materials.
• Effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization.
• Update and maintain Salesforce records as needed, including record ownership, account hierarchies, and data cleanliness.
• Understand Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
• Oversee automated list creation process and run ad-hoc reports for marketing and sales.
• Ensure inbound leads are properly handed off from marketing to sales.
