  • Create and maintain documentation related to processes and training.
  • Communicate technical issues and resolve problems within the organization.
  • Update and maintain Salesforce records for cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Understand Salesforce sharing and security mechanisms.
  • Oversee automated list creation and run ad-hoc reports.
  • Ensure proper lead handoff from marketing to sales.
