Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience working with Creative and/or Marketing teams.
• Strong aptitude for AI technologies (Adobe Firefly, Vidoso, Roll.AI, etc.) and their applications in creative fields.
• Proficiency in digital asset management tools (Brandpad, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Creative experience with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and Creative teams to develop and deploy user-friendly self-service creative tools for Marketing and Sales teams.
• Oversee the management and organization of the digital asset library (DAM) for efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of creative assets.
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools to enhance creative efficiency and quality, training teams in their use.
• Support mid- and lower-tier presentations with design assistance and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Streamline remote production processes and support the pre-production process with planning and execution.
