• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
• Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into tasks for developers.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong resource and timeline planning skills.
• Experience managing product documentation.
• Ability to set metrics and KPIs, analyze metrics, monitor project status, schedules, budgets, and manage risks.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with developers and stakeholders.
• Experience in conflict resolution within teams.
• Experience managing backlogs.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.
• Structured thinking.
