  • Top-notch customer management, including sales and account management skills.

  • Deep knowledge of On Prem & SaaS models for enterprise software.
Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate all facets of renewal contracts and develop win/win strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to maintain precise renewal forecasts and identify risks early.
  • Demonstrate solid account management capabilities to drive timely renewal closures.
  • Maintain understanding of licensing models for sales and customer assistance.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide updates on renewal status to management.
  • Engage in conversations about renewal readiness with customers.
  • Create and present renewal proposals while communicating contract expirations.
  • Resolve complex issues with Legal and Sales Operations.
  • Review customer value achievement with Customer Success organization.
