Requirements:
  • J.D. from accredited law school and current license to practice.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Experience in negotiating project finance and M&A transactions in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a business-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
