Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales experience, particularly in B2B sales.
• Experience in top 10% of sales organization and proven track record of outbound sales.
• Experience in selling to HR buyers or B2B platforms.
• Solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to think quickly and thrive in rapidly changing situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Sell into prospects with 50 employees and above.
• Become a Stadium product expert across our entire platform and understand the competitive landscape.
• Develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities.
• Perform account planning for prioritized accounts and collaborate with the SDR team.
• Run sales calls with presentations and customized product demos.
• Utilize sales methodology to manage the full sales cycle.
• Manage pipeline in Hubspot for monthly revenue forecasting.
• Achieve consistent quota attainment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers.
