Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering innovative, first-generation products, ideally in the AI or data space.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI or advanced tools to elevate user experiences.
• 4+ years of product management experience in web/mobile applications.
• Skilled in identifying customer needs, driving data-driven decisions, and rapid experimentation.
• Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing and Design Thinking principles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, prioritization, technical development, and successful launch of innovative tools, platforms, and products.
• Drive new product initiatives by blending Generative AI and human capabilities to solve complex customer challenges.
• Apply lean start-up principles and agile practices to rapidly validate ideas.
• Leverage AI-driven data insights and research to define clear product requirements.
• Define and deliver MVPs and product enhancements to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various teams to uncover market opportunities.
