• Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions.

• Ability to think critically and measure results of programs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed business needs assessments in coordination with the training team and other stakeholders.
• Develop and evolve plans for effective sales enablement in various formats.
• Collaborate with resource teams to execute program development and maintenance plans.
• Define metrics and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.
• Align enablement activities with key internal and external events.
• Manage competency assessment and certification programs.
• Identify opportunities for improving the learning experience.
