Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent of at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Procurement, specifically in Subcontracting and Services areas.
  • Proven experience in subcontract administration, preferably in a government contracting environment.
  • Knowledge of FAR and DFAR.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, negotiate, and administer subcontract and consulting agreements.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff in the preparation, monitoring and administration of subcontracts.
  • Analyze procurement and subcontracting requirements and assist in designing Requests for Proposal.
  • Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions and conduct compliance audits.
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth subcontract administration.

  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals in response to federal government RFPs.
  • Performing market research to locate new sources.
  • Conducting negotiations with subcontractors on terms and conditions, price, and schedule.
  • Conducting price and/or cost analysis and writing narrative to justify pricing.
  • Managing pre- and post-award administration of subcontracts.
  • Supporting other tasks related to AECOM's Federal procurement.
