  • Juris Doctorate required with admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate and private equity transactions.

  • Advise on investor communications and disclosures.
  • Ensure execution of fund subscriptions and manage compliance filings.
