Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of professional experience in an Education K12 sales environment and/or learning and development roles.
• Experience as a client partner or education success partner at FranklinCovey is preferred.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience managing teams and setting vision for learning and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting through various mediums.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to tailor content to specific needs.
• Ability to develop and modify training based on the sales team's needs.
• Ability to collaborate and influence various personalities.

Responsibilities:

• Create the vision and strategy for field sales skill development.
• Identify trends in skill and create learning plans.
• Manage new client partners during their first fiscal year.
• Organize and facilitate training based on team needs.
• Track completion of training programs.
• Collaborate on go to market strategy and team learning.
• Interface with sales management on progress and improvement.
• Oversee all new hire training in sales methodology, industry, and product knowledge.
• Manage ongoing professional development for sales personnel.
• Organize and promote a mentoring program.
