Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of US Healthcare credentialing experience is a requirement.
• College Graduate of any 4 year course.
• 5 years of BPO experience as Customer Service Representative.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining licensure and other information for healthcare facilities.
• Responsible for onboarding new hires and obtaining necessary documentation.
• Inputting information into various databases.
• Ordering equipment needed by staff.
• Communicating effectively with doctors and healthcare administrators.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
