- Provide clear and reassuring communication to clients, keeping them informed while help is dispatched.
- Collaborate with local service providers to ensure efficient and reliable assistance.
- Document service interactions and maintain accurate records for continuous improvement.
- Engage in administrative tasks, including tracking requests and reporting on service performance.
- Continuously seek to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
