Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in Analyst Relations and Communications supporting B2B enterprise software.
  • Experience managing vendor evaluations related to cloud data management, IoT, and cloud software.
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining relationships with key influencers and securing coverage.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and scale industry analyst relations programs.
  • Able to manage cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Knowledge of market trends across the industries served.
  • Strategic, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project, organizational, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
  • Technical and business understanding of emerging technologies.

  • BS/BA degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key industry and market analysts across telematics, fleet, industrial operations, site operations and IoT.
  • Oversee the company’s relationship with key analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester).
  • Develop and own strategic analyst engagement programs to drive continuous engagement and education.
  • Establish metrics to measure success of AR programs.
  • Advise internal leaders on analyst engagement strategy.
  • Educate the analyst community about company direction, exec perspectives, customer stories, and product roadmaps.
  • Drive collaboration across product management, engineering, marketing, investor relations, and communications.
  • Work with teams to create joint content with analysts and include their insights in various presentations.
  • Educate teams on analyst perspectives.
  • Develop compelling presentations for analysts to increase visibility in the analyst community.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach for analyst comparisons.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.
