Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Consultancy.
• Knowledge of the Retail & Grocery industry is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem solving, commercial, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Autonomous and self-motivated.
• Data-driven mentality with a result-oriented mindset.
• Computer literacy; knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office, and Salesforce.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English.

Responsibilities:

• Incorporate new partners onto the platform.
• Establish relationships with partners through proactive communication.
• Evaluate and track portfolio performance.
• Develop growth plans for partners involving promotions and marketing.
• Ensure optimal content and visibility with partners.
• Renegotiate commissions to enhance revenue.
• Understand and track inactive partners.
• Participate in annual negotiations and business reviews.
• Improve partners' operational efficiency.
