Bachelor’s degree or higher in Bioinformatics, a similar field, or equivalent 2+ years of relevant and related experience required.
Experience using Python for data analysis and plotting preferred.

Knowledge of genomics, relevant NGS analyses (mapping, variant calling, etc.), and NGS file types is required.
Ability to produce high quality written documentation for varying audiences.

Analyze high-throughput DNA sequencing data.
Provide and implement improvements to the production pipeline.
Produce high quality written documentation including study plans and reports.
