Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical and business information effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred: 2+ years’ experience with Public Safety Answering Points.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of 9-1-1 and Next Generation 9-1-1 systems.
• Preferred: Familiarity with PSAP call-taking systems and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for public safety interactions.
• Perform ongoing PSAP data collection with yearly data refresh.
• Maintain accurate PSAP information and data collection records.
• Assist with PSAP 10-digit emergency number collection and verification.
• Participate in PSAP data reconciliations, identifying and correcting errors.
• Assist with workload where needed and perform other duties as assigned.
