Requirements:
  • Fluent level of Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish and English.
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and brings new ideas to the team.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects and learn about their needs.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-offs to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various sources.
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
