Requirements:
  • Proven experience as salesperson or in a role requiring business development.
  • Proven capabilities in developing sales pipelines.
  • Experience in Healthcare is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business.
  • Successful track record of achieving credibility with clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Use research software to seek out decision makers.
  • Identify potential buyers matching Healthcare’s Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Prepare and execute email, video, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and test new messaging to improve campaign performance.
  • Execute strategies adhering to brand objectives across various media.
  • Leverage prior data to develop intelligence on trends and competitors.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience.
  • Exceed annual quota.
  • Understand JLL’s capabilities to meet client needs.
