Business Development Director - RWD/RWE Life Sciences

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with a successful track record in the RWD/RWE space.
• Aptitude for managing a complex, consultative sales process including lead generation and contract negotiation.
• Experience establishing and managing relationships with Director, VP, and C-Suite clients.
• Deep project management experience across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, especially RWD/RWE as it relates to Pharma/Life Sciences accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and be responsible for prospecting, building a pipeline, and executing new business development.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM to manage, track, and forecast opportunities.
• Ensure successful handoff of developed or expanded business to implementation teams.
• Coordinate with resources to meet company targets for market penetration, revenue, and client satisfaction.
• Track and report on business development efforts comprehensively.
• Develop expert knowledge of the company's products, services, and operations.
• Act as an ambassador for Inovalon at industry events and meetings with potential clients.
• Establish expertise in the market through research and relationship development.
