Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with LLM, especially in prompt engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, computational linguistics, or a related field.
  • Strong background in developing chatbots or AI projects.
  • Intermediate skills in Python, Regular Expression, C++, or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of NLP techniques, libraries, or toolkits.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Dialogflow, Watson, LUIS, etc.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and/or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Azure Boards, Asana.
Responsibilities:
  • Practical intermediate LLM prompt engineering.
  • Utilize LLMs to process large data sets and shape bot logic.
  • Evaluate LLM prompt efficiency using Excel and basic analysis tools.
  • Enhance product and customer experience through A/B testing.
  • Optimize and create engaging conversation flows for customers.
  • Conduct linguistic and functional quality assurance of chatbots.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on testing opportunities and conversational strategies.
