- Manage the commission computation process for accurate payouts.
- Research and respond to questions regarding the sales compensation plan.
- Interface with PX teams to configure sales compensation components.
- Reconcile sales activity with Finance results for accuracy.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance for timely commission processing.
- Research technology partners for automating commission tasks.
- Work closely with sales to streamline processes like lead generation and CRM utilization.
