Responsibilities:
  • Drive vision and strategic direction of Account Management in the Southeast region aligned with Sidecar Health’s goals.
  • Own and exceed retention goals, ensuring long-term success and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of employees within Account Management department.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies and best practices to shape the future of Account Management.
  • Provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight in launching new markets.
  • Coach and develop the Account Management team to achieve defined metrics and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure the highest level of service to group members and brokers by monitoring and improving service delivery.
  • Track key business performance metrics to drive business results and present them to the Leadership Team.
  • Continuously improve tools, technology, and processes to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
