Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX or Creative Design.
• 0-2 years of experience, including internships.
• Availability to work Eastern Standard Time and outside standard hours when necessary.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with mentors and leadership to manage creative design projects and support career growth.
• Design content for digital sales presentations, email, and print.
• Follow current design trends while adhering to fundamental principles.
• Modify existing designs and manage project development and execution.
• Provide design support to marketing and training activities.
