  • Strong problem-solving abilities and prioritization skills based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork and user support.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain application connection processes to enhance system integration.
  • Work with customers and the technology team to prioritize and manage application enhancements.
  • Implement and test new features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with other technology teams for smooth integration into production systems.
  • Monitor industry trends to improve system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure documentation of enhancements in Azure DevOps.
  • Provide technical support and training for new enhancements.
  • Manage backlog items to resolve issues promptly.
  • Write, test, and update code in GitHub.
  • Resolve and manage help desk tickets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address system performance issues.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain systems for reliability.
