Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical role in the professional services industry.
  • Experience with multiple real estate business process areas such as space management, lease administration, and maintenance management.
  • Understanding and implementation experience with web APIs and Archibus or similar IWMS software.
  • Experience with programming languages including Fusion, ASP, ASP.NET, JAVA, JavaScript, and PL/T-SQL.
