Requirements:

• B.A. or B.S. degree required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare product marketing, management, sales, or strategic consulting.
• Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics required.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize clinical information and compose promotional copy.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Basic financial modeling skills and analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HCP and patient marketing campaigns for Horizon carrier screening.
• Drive marketing strategy to position Natera’s tests for the IVF market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer needs.
• Create and execute marketing plans to enhance awareness of key messages.
• Conduct market research to refine marketing strategy.
• Identify and size business opportunities, create business cases.
• Manage marketing projects, timelines, vendors, and budget.
• Track and improve ROI for marketing initiatives.
