Requirements:
  • Fluency in English.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar technical sales role, preferably with SaaS & cloud-based software.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts simply, such as API and backend/frontend system functionalities.
  • Strong business acumen and capability to consult on strategic challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and creating necessary workflows.
Responsibilities:
  • Work as a strategic partner with Account Executives for complex, multi-phase team sales involving various stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex use cases to develop creative solutions to technical and business problems.
  • Lead technical pre-sales conversations regarding integration and data migration.
  • Consult customers on business challenges and how HubSpot solutions can help.
  • Connect business challenges to value-driven solutions through customized storytelling and demonstrations.
  • Manage and prioritize deal pipelines to support sales performance from discovery to closing phase.
  • Provide feedback to the product team as the voice of the prospect.
  • Coach sales teams on HubSpot functionalities for strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with other SEs on initiatives and projects.
  • Mentor fellow SEs for team growth.
