Requirements:

• Native Spain - Castilian Spanish speaker.
• Completion of a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven flexibility in schedule to meet outlined hours.
• Teaching and/or tutoring experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Rosetta Stone platforms desired.
• Strong proficiency with technology and experience in online platform/web conferencing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to teach grammar concepts.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a dynamic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate small, engaging, and safe online tutoring sessions that help learners produce speech and socialize.
• Motivate thousands of learners and serve as a bridge to communicate thoughts and connect cultures.
• Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions using all products offered by Live Coaching.
• Prepare and adapt sessions to meet the needs of learners.
• Provide constructive feedback to learners for areas of improvement.
