  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience in developing websites.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices.
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with monolithic/traditional CMS like Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, or Adobe AEM is an advantage.
  • Strong command of the English language.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with account executives to identify client needs and articulate Storyblok's value.
  • Lead product demonstrations and technical deep dives for various stakeholder groups.
  • Create and present technical proposals, diagrams, proof-of-concept solutions, and prototypes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in headless content management and advise clients.
  • Assist in knowledge transfer to customer success teams post-sale and elevate partner capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the product team to relay client feedback and advocate for feature enhancements.
  • Represent Storyblok at industry events and mentor junior team members.
