Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience in developing websites.
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with monolithic/traditional CMS is an advantage.
• Strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with account executives to identify client needs and demonstrate how Storyblok adds value.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations and technical deep dives for various stakeholder groups.
• Create technical proposals, diagrams, proof-of-concept solutions, and prototypes.
• Advise clients on best practices in headless content management and integration strategies.
• Assist in onboarding and knowledge transfer to customer success teams.
• Collaborate with the product team to relay client feedback and advocate for enhancements.
• Represent Storyblok at industry events and mentor junior team members.
