Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required.
  • 10+ years of domestic and international payroll processing experience.
  • Experience with Workday required; CloudPay system experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills at intermediate level or above.
  • Supervisory experience in a cross-functional, global team environment.
  • Extensive payroll processing knowledge for domestic and international teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of US payroll for 700+ employees.
  • Supervise a Sr. Payroll Analyst for international payroll in Canada, Brazil, and Costa Rica.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and proper payroll tax reconciliation.
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations during month-end close.
  • Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and manage tax filings with external vendors.
  • Collaborate with HR, legal, and finance teams on payroll regulations and communication.
  • Implement process improvements for payroll operations.
