Requirements:

  • 2+ years focused on designing and executing People Programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute critical cyclical people programs including performance review cycles and the employee onboarding program.
  • Design brand new programs to support Headway’s growth and employee development such as Talent Planning and Headcount Planning.
  • Support People Operations through oversight of SOPs that support the employee lifecycle programs.
  • Partner with Learning & Development, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to launch and refine programs across all People disciplines.
  • Scope programs, timelines, and milestones focused on simplicity and efficiency.
  • Facilitate brainstorms, project meetings, and drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Lead program communications and ensure clarity on programs for Headway employees.
  • Build program summaries and trend reports for stakeholders.
  • Evaluate program success against goals using data collection methods.
  • Continuously iterate and improve programs based on feedback and business needs.
  • Develop strong enablement resources for stakeholders across the People team.
  • Assess, recommend, and implement new tools and platforms as the company grows.
